Horrendous for giving you all items I visited week or so ago and one of the kids burgers was stale, complained and got replacement medium meals vouchers but upon returning few days later I ordered 5 different meals, I was missing 3 lots of medium chips!! Lucky I didn't drive off 🫪 ... you have to always check your bag before driving off!!!! And the "can you park up" line is just as irritating when you only have a couple items (which they'll STILL forget something) always missing something comes across very careless.

I must say as an ex manager at McDonald’s and these days as a hospitality business owner I felt that I had to write this review. We walked in to a relatively quiet restaurant but the communal areas were disgusting. Every single bin was over flowing, every single table had rubbish all over it, the floor hadn’t been swept all day and certainly hadn’t been mopped all day the toilets were also out of order. there’s one person in the restaurant and no cars in drive through. do i need to explain any further? oh and the food took 40 minutes ——- this is from another day. Today after work me and mum went to mcdonald’s to grab some food. this is a regular thing we do since we eat nothing all day and only get home from work at about 9pm to 10pm. Every single time we have been in it’s always been awful. the customer service is terrible and the wait is too. We bought meals at this branch a few weeks ago, the fries were lukewarm and tasted like paper, the burgers was equally tasteless. We made the mistake of calling again on Sunday 30th November, purely for convenience putting our previous experience down to a blip, but no, exactly the same experience with the addition of rude staff. Fries as before lukewarm and like chewing paper and the big Mac lukewarm and tasteless. We threw the fries away. This place doesn’t deserve anyone business. We won’t be making the same mistake again.
