Lovely service and a nice spacious dining room, but sadly the actual fish and chips were pretty mediocre. The fish was incredibly oily, when I pressed it with the back of my fork, it puddled grease. I had to use a napkin to sponge some out.

Served straight away, then got a table, hot drinks came within 5 minutes then food came within 10 minutes if that. Yes it was busy in the restaurant but everyone served and the food was hot and lovely. We had the small fish and chips with hot drink so had pot of tea for 2. Loved the retro of the condiments on the table. Reminded me of when I was a child going to cafes with my parents for a treat. We will going again.

Horrendous. Me and my family have ordered from here before and the food and service was always good. Up until now, I ordered the food at 6:50pm and our food came at 8:45pm!!! Bear in mind it said it was on its way for an HOUR (it’s barely ten minutes up the road from us). All for the food to arrive and be like cardboard, my family each got a small fish, and it sure was small, just slightly smaller than my hand!! Not to mention how when I called the restaurant, the man was very rude and ended the phone on me before I could finish my sentence. He claimed the driver was “five minutes away”… 20 mi

Got a delivery through chorley eats. Rang when my food was 10 mins late to see how long it would be. Was told it was next delivery out the door. 15 mins later i called back to be told the same thing and they were just packing up my order and it would be on its way. (I was 2 mins drive away from the shop). Just over 10 mins later my food finally arrived. Not with a delivery driver but with one of the guys from in the kitchen. So i feel the girl on the phone was just fobbing me off. Sat down to eat and the only thing that was warm was my pot of gravy. At this point id given up on calling back as
