We’ve been looking for a nice, cozy place, and Mum’s Cafe is exactly what we were looking for. Many options to choose from. For example even for my wife's spaghetti Bolognese we can choose the type of cheese. The portions was big enough. The quality was decent. The price is a little bit higher than I expected for such place, but now everything is going up and the problem not in the cafe but in my salary))))

What a brilliant cafe this is. Service excellent, staff superb, quality of food, just brilliant. It's great to have a proper old fashioned cafe, to go to. None of this gastro shit. Just brilliant good old English grub. One slightly bad comment. There isn't much room, for either a pushchair, wheel chair or a mobility scooter. But I'm sure the staff, would make room for you.

We travel to Christchurch regularly from Oxfordshire for mini breaks, and this has become our regular stop for breakfast when we arrive. Welcoming staff who remember us, great food at a great price. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
