Thank you to the staff at Costa who were very friendly, supportive and helpful when our car broke down in the car park. The toasties and drinks we ordered were served quickly and with care, and the store was very clean and tidy! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed whilst we waited for recovery.

I was served by Jacob Makowski, he was such a cute cuddly bear i just want to squeeze him. He was so nice and gentle with me because I was so tired of the night before with the lads. He gave me a cheeky wink when I sat down that made me feel really comfortable. 10/10 service from that Jacob guy

Super helpful staff at the drive thru, no problem with us customising the order and they were very patient with us as we fumbled for our payment card. There was a bit of a queue when we arrived, but it went down really quickly as the staff were super efficient. Delicious drinks too.
