Always heard about Mckinnon Mills but never visited. I was happily pleased when I did. It's huge!!! Was taking my grandson to the small funfair right at the back. Apparently these show at different times of the year. Easter, Halloween, Xmas etc. All decorated to the theme. Going through the store, my eyes caught the different depts in the store. Homeware, clothes, footwear + loads more......I need to go back + get a snoop. Without grandson 😆. Wee cafes dotted about too. Softplay for grandson. Food for all of us. So tasty + quite reasonable. Can't wait to go back.

Had my son's 4th birthday party at the Treetop Tumble and we had a fantastic experience. Staff were extremely great at communicating with us throughout the booking process and on the day, made it as easy as possible for us to get in and set everything up. The soft play itself is very well equipped for toddlers & children and the food options were ideal for the kids. Very good value for money and the kids had a great time!

I have visited Mackinnon Mills for many years and while I find the shopping experience very enjoyable I cannot say the same about using the disabled toilet. They are appalling. Generally they are clean, as far as the sink, toilet and floor are concerned, but please would you do something about the decoration of the walls etc. It is extremely grubby. Also, a toilet for the disabled should definitely not have a loose toilet seat - yet again. Also again, no toilet paper was available. This really is not good enough for a place that otherwise gives an excellent shopping experience.
