Friendly staff lovely coffee some nice customers who where friendly and chatty. It is quicker than some I been to but I do think Starbucks should have a separate drive through and.counter service. Because on time u can be waiting quite a while for a take away which can be hard if your on break from work ect.

Honestly our favourite place. We’ve been to many Starbucks and other coffee shops as it’s one of our favourite pass times but Starbucks Waterton Bridgend is top of our list, purely because the staff are outstanding. Always friendly, up beat and helpful. It’s refreshing. You don’t get that kind of human and happy service these days it’s rare. So we are frequently there for our caffeine and endorphins.

Situated on the edge of Waterton Retail Park. A clean and busy unit, fronted by a small car park. Pleasant staff and decent coffee. Be warned, this site is card only... one of my pet hates!
