Normally I would give 5 stars to a place, as the food and drinks are amazing everytime I've been there without fail, seating area, music and facilities I've never had a problem with, however I do have to complain about the recent service from this one asian barista with dark hair. He lacks customer service skills completely, is always deadpan, is so blunt, sometimes messes up my order and everytime I go in and see he is working I expect rudeness and to be disappointed. As someone who also works in customer service I get how draining talking to customers sometimes is, but everytime I am served

Small coffee house in town centre. Offers include all the usual coffee and tea but I tried a caramel latte - a rather scrumptious and decadent offering. Lovely coffee smells on entering. The inside could probably do with updating but the space might preclude this.

Food is quite expensive but the service and coffee are very good and there is a relaxed atmosphere. The toilet for the disabled needs to be more clearly marked. Didn't spot it until I'd fought my way into and out of the loo for able-bodied people. This review is about the Culver Street branch by the way.
