Nice cinema, comfy seats (as comfortable as you could probably get whilst watching Avatar at 3hr 20!), friendly staff. Parking available nearby. Cinema tickets were pretty reasonable compared to Chelmsford Everyman. Food was pretty tasty too, would return.

Our visit to Curzon Colchester was the best cinema experience we've had so far! 🎬✨ Before the movie, we explored the wonderful local art galleries, Firstsite and The Minories, which made our day even more special. The cinema itself is cozy and welcoming. We watched "Minecraft," and the kids absolutely loved it! They especially enjoyed their colas served in glass bottles and perfectly salted popcorn 🍿🥤—a lovely touch. We’ll definitely be back to Curzon Colchester soon for another amazing family movie experience and city walk. Highly recommended! 🌟

My partner and I went to see Avatar: Fire and Ash in 3D at the Curzon Cinema, and it was a fantastic experience. We’ve visited this cinema many times, and it’s always immersive and enjoyable. The seating is very comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to others. Definitely worth it!

My first time at this lovely little cinema. Buses stop just outside for access. Nicely laid out bar/cafe on the ground floor. Friendly staff on entry. Stairs or lift to upper floors and further bars. Beautifully comfy seats with ability to order food and drinks from your seat. Good clean toilets. Great views from the upper floors.
