Came in to coleraine for first time in 7 years with the family & Popped in for lunch, no one else inside and now we know why. No staff in sight so had to use machine to order. Upon ordering it took 20 minutes for us to receive our 2 milkshakes and a further 25 minutes on top for the food (so 45 minute wait in an empty store for 2 jacket potatoes with tuna) Food arrived and looked unappetising, potatoes had lots of black bits, we did not eat anything and just left to go to Greggs across. Very disappointing and disgusting food. Do not recommend , as a complete waste of money.

First time in here as my friend loves this place and wanted me to try it and I was spoilt for choice as I’m a vegetarian from veggie fry’s and veggie burgers also the waitress was very attentive to any questions I had about the menu and vegetarian options. I ended up going for a veggie burger from their create your own burger menu (which is a class idea btw) with garlic mayo , smoked cheese and lettuce a portion of fries and a iced caramel latte my friend got the pepper chicken stack with champ and a Oreo milkshake. It’s a lovely wee cafe that you know that it’s cooked fresh just by eating it

Ordered on u er eats for delivery. Said would be 50 minutes, took 1 hour 30 minutes. Portion sizes was absolutely diabolical and the food was awful. Cannot believe the price for the money. Chips was absolutely disgusting as well, soggy and just meh. Again not not nice. Chilli beef wrap was just soaked in chilli sauce to the point it was inedible. This wrap was £11.60. The size of it for the money. Fish & chips was £11.30. Was essentially 2 goujons of fish with soggy frozen cooked chips. Honestly couldn’t believe it. Worst meal ever and just topped off with the fact we waited so long for it.

Very quiet but the staff are always nice and quick to serve customers. The food is reasonably priced and always cooked to the customers liking. Had the Sweet Chilli Chicken and Cheese sandwich the first time we went and my partner had the large fry, both were excellent value for money and delicious. The second time we went we both had the large fry and yet again Big O did not let us down. Perfectly cooked bread products, soft yolk on the eggs as requested and everything served with a smile and oh yeah the cutlery and napkins are brought to your table in a little wooden tub/bucket.
