We come here quite often and really enjoy the vibrancy and busy atmosphere. I think the portions are a good size and the coffee is tasty too. Always managed to get a table on a Saturday but its often a case of being lucky enough that someone's about to leave. Ive never ordered the same things twice and its always good. Lots of variety across the menu. This time my hubby got the Mexican Bagel, which was toasted to perfection and bigger than your typical bagel as well. Fantastic service. Friendly and warm, great coffee (I HIGHLY recommend the vanilla oat shaken iced latte) and lovely cake. I tried the honey cake and the brownie. Both were super yummy! The coffee tastes full rounded, deep roast not sour, and very little bitterness. I think I’ll end up buying a bag to take home! The atmosphere is bustling and I’d say this is a lovely place for a friendly meet up or date. They make their brownies in house, so I’d give them a try, if you find yourself around the area.

Always went past this place and seen how busy it was and I can confirm it’s busy for a good reason. We missed the breakfast unfortunately so I got the tower sandwich and was thoroughly impressed. Definitely good value for money I have no complaints what so ever. Coffee is also great and a decent price for Edinburgh. Definitely recommend popping in and I’ll be back to try the breakfast
