We came for a family birthday for food and shopping. There was a plentiful supply of brands and goods on offer in the clithes outlet. We all of us bought something we like. The disappointment lay at Bannisters Restaurant. We have eaten many times here before. However, this time it was a 1 star experience. The food choice was extremely limited.As were the soft drinks selection There was nothing I really liked, so I opted for a cheese pie. The portion sizes were small. All our food was cold. Lots of car parking spaces. Well signed wide selection of everything you may need for all the family. Home ware from lighting to kitchen bedroom children. M&S outlet. Large cafe. Clean toilets. Customer service staff excellent and dealt with return and exchange of goods purchased quickly and efficiently. The Cafe however was expensive in so far as cakes and soft drinks were concerned, and no fresh milk provided for tea/ insipid coffees i.e uht milk only!

Rang the store last week to ask if they had a personal shopper to which the answer was no. I was put through to Jayne (the manager of the changing rooms). She said if i could come in during the week she would help me look for a wedding outfit for my sons wedding. Last Thursday i went in and Jayne was marvelous. She spent an hour helping me choose a few outfits to try on including a facinator to match. I found the perfect outfit which i would never have found without her knowledge of the stock in branch. Jayne i cant thank you enough for all your help and advise. You certainly went over and abo
