The staff are very friendly as are most of the people using the gym and the fitness classes. Really good facilities and large selection of machines and free weights, Avoid going before 5.30pm as the place is packed full of school kids who hang about in groups and hog the machines. Please add the timings the kids are allowed into the gym to your website as they make the place feel like a youth club.

The gym itself isn’t too bad but my son has had his membership cancelled 6 months in a row now. He is really into his fitness but once a month he attends and they won’t let him in. The same thing then happens every month. They admit it’s their fault, apologise for not letting him in when it’s a known issue on their end, and we have to pay in person. They then set up the direct debit again and promise to watch out for the issue happening again. The next month they cancel the direct debit again refuse to let my son in, and send us a letter saying it has been cancelled for “Unknown reasons”. He h
