Wow this has got to be one of the best Latte drinks I’ve ever had. The staff made a special effort to make sure I was alright to have cream as I had ordered coconut milk. This place is a great place to eat. Well Done Tesco (That was a few years ago but the cafe has been upgraded and is now even better. We regularly eat here with our young granddaughter after shopping on a Friday. I can honestly say that the staff are wonderful, the food is excellent and the coffee is delicious. In particular, we appreciate the way in which all the team at the cafe make sure that we are looked after really well. Everyone, from the lady in charge through the rest of the team, is an absolute credit to Tesco and a delight to deal with. Thank you all 🙂

I would generally only visit Tesco Cafe when I’m there to do my shopping, as the food is mediocre at best. Knowing this, my partner and I popped in for breakfast today, and as usual, the food was poor and very overpriced. Unfortunately, I had the audacity to ask the rather surly staff member for some extra butter for my toast, to which she replied that that is the portion, but that she would get me some. I said that I was happy to pay for it, to which she said that there is no way of charging me for it. (Sounds like a Tesco problem) She brought the butter, and I thanked her, she then turned on

Staff are great but availability of the food is always poor. Never able to get most of the menu. Either out of stock or can't be bothered to cook it. This second option may be due to sometimes being over busy. I go very regular and food is OK for the price. Service is very good. Very professional and polite. Can't give any more than 3 stars due to how often they don't have the menu available. Just toasties or paninis etc. Shame as let's a good cafe down.
