Have came twice within two weeks. It’s now my boyfriends and I favourite cafe in Coventry. The atmosphere is great and they have enough lights bulbs to light up every house in Coventry. The second time we went we wanted to try their s’mores mallow mocha but they ran out of mallow, so instead I got a gingerbread latte which is the best one I’ve had comparing other cafes and my boyfriend had a turmeric latte. However they then told us they only had a enough cow milk for 1 drink so I had oat milk in mine which they didn’t charge extra for and then after waiting a bit for our drinks the barista ca

Personally wouldn’t go again I think service and kind mannerism really make or break a food establishment and service and overall tone towards customers is extremely disappointing. I think clearer communication needs to be made as to what is and isn’t available within the store when a customer walks in and not berate them when options are made clear from the beginning. Places on the same road serve the same coffee, lovely pastries and an overall more welcoming and better atmosphere :)

Honestly, my partner and I had hopes for this. We went there to have our breakfast, and you know the process was fine— same thing as anywhere else. But when we went up to order, they let me order something that wasn’t allowed after 1 p.m. off the breakfast menu. Mind you, there was no specification that it was a breakfast-only part of the menu, so I had to change my order for a food I didn’t want. Additionally, the coffee wasn’t that good. It’s a great cafe to meet friends and have some drinks. Served by a staff wearing hat today and he provides really good service to get things right for the customers. Tried their toasties which is great too!
