We were greeted and seated straightaway then left for over 20min while others were seated and orders taken who arrived after us, when we left not even an apology..very disappointed because the menu looked amazing. I could of understood if it had of been a busy service time but there was very few patrons in at the time we arrived.

We waited at our table 10mins but no waiter came to us to bring us a menu or to ask us what we wanted to eat. We just left . First time attending this restaurant and last time . Very disappointed with the service .

The service has become really poor! This is the second time we’ve come here, and for the second time they couldn’t seat us by the window! Supposedly the tables weren’t cleaned yet, but when we asked them to clean one table, the answer was that they couldn’t because they were “busy”! Even though there weren’t many people, and it was obvious that the girls were definitely not busy! And everyone was seated against the wall! We were very disappointed, because our child really wanted to enjoy the view through the window, and for the second time we weren’t able to do that. The food was awful, the sa
