James G★★★Yes it was half term. The staff were unable to deal with demand. Orders were coming out seemingly randomly causing much frustration among the waiting crowd. Staff were mumbling the order number, no attempt to project the voice to get orders clear. Customers didn't help by swamping tables before ordering. Best go when the kids aren't off or not at all. And will someone please shut off the infernal beep !!

Kerrie Tutor★Terribly rude and unhelpful on drive thru. Never greet you when you arrive at the order point and do not take customers in a particular order. I sat for ages as three cars that entered after me when through the other side and the person on my side didn’t even speak when I got to the speaker. Appalling
