I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the consistently poor service I have experienced when ordering from McDonald’s. On multiple occasions, my orders have arrived incorrect, and this most recent experience was no exception. I received the wrong burger entirely, one that contained pickles despite my allergy. This is not a minor inconvenience—it is a serious health concern and demonstrates a lack of care and attention when preparing customer orders. We came here for my son’s 3rd birthday. We ended up being refunded for 2 happy meals because they messed our order up. As well as getting two ice creams sent back out as they “forgot” our order and are training staff. Michelle bless her heart was an absolute superstar and couldn’t be more apologetic. She even came out and made balloon animals and invited my little boy into the kitchen to make his own nice cream. So although it was a manic experience some good did come out of it. We ordered a delivery from McDonald’s and it took 59 minutes to be delivered. The food was prepared at 3.15pm and was delivered at 4.14pm. I watched the delivery driver wait for over 40 minutes to collect the order. I have small children and I’m not going to serve them cold or reheated chicken. All the milkshakes were also melted. When I went to McDonald’s they told me I had to repay for the order and request a refund from Uber. I paid and quickly took the order home. When I spoke to Uber they said it was delivered within a reasonable time and it was McDonald’s policy not to offer a refund. Th

Absolutely dire. The car park’s a trap — I got a fine before I’d even unwrapped my cold burger. Service slower than a wet weekend in Grimsby, staff looked like they’d given up around 2014, and the place had all the charm of a bus station toilet. Only thing fast about this McDonald’s is how quickly it ruins your day.
