The female staff who attended to us on 6th June 2026 at 9am plus was very friendly and accommodating. The katsu curry rice was small size but it was only about GBP10, so I feel that it is still worth eating. The breakfast ramen was mediocre.

Stopped in at YO! Sushi in Heathrow Terminal 2 before a flight. The quality of the fish was fine and the flavors were well balanced — nothing to complain about there. That said, the variety was a bit underwhelming for what you’re paying. You’d expect a wider selection at airport prices. It’s a decent option if you’re in a hurry and want something fresh, but don’t go in expecting a huge range of choices. Solid but not spectacular.

Perhaps this review is colored by a wonderfully delicious and pleasant lunch at the Kulu Kulu restaurant in central London (which also offers conveyor belt sushi) two days ago. The teriaki with rice that I had at Yo! was barely acceptable: the meat was chewy like dog treats and the rice was more like porridge. Also, the nigiri pieces on the conveyor belt were too big, more to fill you up than to satisfy your taste. Indifferent staff who never smile. But that seems to be the general case these days at restaurants that automatically add a tip to the bill — why bother?

The food was amazing, the way they do the chicken is wonderful, there is also a sushi line with easy access from tables, and easy to use, the menu guide is incredibly informative. Though the items being a bit small, they are very filling, I personally prefer the Japanese Korean chicken, which had a sweet sauce on it, also the katsu chicken, which had a nice flavour and texture to it. And I haven’t even mentioned the takeaway place (it’s same stuff but takeaway, it’s good).
