Tim was so lovely and really made my visit better. He was super friendly, patient, and just had a really nice energy. Update: Big Improvement! This outlet has really turned things around. The space has been refreshed, and it’s much cleaner now with updated furniture. The overall atmosphere is much more inviting. I gave the large Americano a try, and I’m pleased to say it’s much better – balanced and flavorful this time. It’s clear they’ve taken feedback on board, and the service is definitely on the up. My favourite coffee shop in town to be sure. The best coffee,the best food and the service is 5 stars. Luxury caramel latte with coconut milk its a must try with pain au chocolat and if you like something salty the best one to try is Italian mozzarella, pesto and tomato pizzetta. Everything is very good at Nero, the service is always excellent, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Kash, Sal and Mark are the best of the best.
