Had a great dinner at Shish Cafe. The chicken tikka was perfectly cooked and full of flavour, the bhindi gosht was rich and tasty, and the biryani was fresh, aromatic, and generous in portion size. The food arrived hot, service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere made it a really enjoyable dining experience. Definitely worth visiting again for a proper desi dinner!

Had a really great experience at this Asian café in Cheetham Hill! The food was delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was relaxed and cool, making it a perfect place to visit during the summer. A special shoutout to Ameel for the excellent service. Very disappointing food. I ordered a doner, and it was clearly undercooked and tasted like it had just been quickly fried. There was far too much oil on top, which made it unpleasant to eat. I don’t understand what’s going wrong with the staff — if a product isn’t available or can’t be prepared properly, it’s better to simply say so. Please learn to say no rather than serving poor-quality food.

Tried this place for the first time in October 2024 after a day out in Manchester. Wanted something different from Wilmslow Road. Clean and tidy place. Good quality seating and decor. Menu is very extensive, lots and lots of choices including mains and desserts. On this occasion we only had the mains which was crust filled pizza, normal pizza, grilled chicken, naan, grilled chicken burgers, hot and spicy burgers.
