I recently stopped here and had such a genuinely pleasant experience that I felt it deserved a review. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was incredibly clean and well-kept. The dining area, counters, and even the drink station were spotless, which immediately stood out to me. I ordered the Wagyu burger meal, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The burger itself was honestly one of the better fast food burgers I’ve had in a while — flavorful, well put together, and clearly made with care. You always get what you come to McDonald's for, quickly served food that is consistently good. However, there is an irony about these two signs being side by side. The first sentence in the right hand side is not in keeping with the left hand side. The Kiosks are a worthy addition to help food begin it's preparation when there is a big queue. There should be no need to uses these if there is no or very little queue and customers and staff should be encouraged to interact when possible. Hello, I would like to make a formal complaint regarding my experience at the Burger King branch in Cumbernauld on Friday 15 May 2026 at around 8:00 PM. I went to collect a Just Eat order (Order Number: 93126). While waiting, I politely asked the manager if I could have a cup for a drink. He told me I would need to pay for it, and I replied politely saying “okay.” After this interaction, I felt I was treated unfairly. As a local to Cumbernauld, the Burger king has always been around even when I was growing up, throughout the years I have never had a problem from them, orders always show up on time and roasty toasty, food is cooked to a perfect level of what you would expect and the service staff have always been kind, helpful and friendly whenever I have visited, definitely my #1 fast food pick out of the area.
