The service was absolutely terrible. Ordered a meal, a double burger, fries, and a drink + 20 chicken wings for me and my family. When I opened the bag, the burger was a single and the smallest thing you ever seen. The drink was missing too. I took the food back to the shop, and they refused to give me a refund. They offered to swap the burgers, but now the chicken wings were cold?! I also noticed the terrible hygiene. No gloves, no aprons, no masks (required if you have a beard and work with food). Waste of Money – Avoid This Place I ordered a fillet burger (£4) and 3 wings (£1.98) — and it was a total letdown. The burger came in a cold, stale bun with a tiny dry nugget, a drop of mayo, and wilted lettuce. Tasteless and lazy. The wings were worse — tiny, oily, chewy, and undercooked. For nearly £2, it was shocking. When I complained, the staff laughed and said, “It’s the owner’s choice.” No apology, no help. The whole meal wasn’t worth £3, let alone £6. ⚠️ Avoid this shop. Poor quality, overpriced, and careless service.

Absolutely Disappointed – Tasteless Food and Total Waste of Money I recently visited this shop and ordered a fillet burger (£4) and 3 wings (£1.98) – and I truly regret wasting my money. The fillet burger came in a cold, tiny bun, with what looked like a cold nugget inside, topped with a few drops of mayonnaise and a piece of smelly lettuce.
