We had a nice evening; booked a table before arriving and we're given a choice of where we wanted to sit. There was a function taking place but the atmosphere was still ok. We has great table service from Alex & Another member of staff. The food was lovely, felt slightly overpriced for what you get portionwise but overall the experience was nice.

We used this beefeater several times for breakfast with family. Very relaxed setting. Food is nice. Self serve continental breakfast with toast, teas, coffees and juices. Hot breakfasts ordered through the friendly staff and small waiting times. Good prices too. Kids eat free. We also used their function room, which is quite large, for a wake and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of free parking, just have to sign in your registration on arrival.

Came for a business trip and got meal deal vouchers for breakfast and dinner, all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and some of the best customer service I have ever received, with all going above and beyond to help and upsell/ make recommend on the menu. Every I ate was yummy and cooked well! The breakfast is a continental buffet with cook to order hot items for the breakfast menu. Waited 30 minutes for order to be taken after being given a table, waited another 20 minutes for 2 salads. The one with chicken was fine, but was told dressing was additional charge. The one with the steak was minus the steak. Was informed chef did not see it, but had to eat salad until steak came, as just left It onTable. Had to ask for bill after another 15 minute period as we declined desserts. Altogether very disappointed as is normally fine. Due to family illness have been coming for last 6 weeks and never had this poor service before. Breakfast service and food is excellent.
