Mixed experience: no self service for such a large Asda? Strange staff serving till ladies are all gossiping chatting not focused and not friendly at all. Queues all over the place only downstairs queue no tills upstairs for such a large place? Parking is free 2 hours that’s a plus

Unable to try clothes on past 6pm weekdays told to come back the next day at 9am when I work in the week like most people. It’s strange to turn away someone that wants to buy items as a result of this especially as they are bras that need to trying on it’s a shame that there is no flexibility in this given that there are staff shopping on the top floor

"Absolutely disgusted with the service at Asda! My aunt and me went in to exchange an item of clothing, fully expecting a smooth process since we had my receipt and it was within their stated policy. Instead, we was met with rude staff who refused the exchange and were incredibly unhelpful. Not only did they refuse to honor their own policy, but the way we was treated was completely unacceptable. The staff were dismissive and made me feel like we was in the wrong for simply trying to exchange an item. This experience was beyond frustrating; it was mentally distressing. We left the store feel

I came to the cafe. There was no sandwiches or pannis left. Staff said she would make me one but I'd have to wait, giving the impression she really didn't want to make one. I visited at 1.30pm, prime lunch time. The staff are rude in here. I decided to just have a cake in the end but there was no knife given to me I had to ask. They serve Costa coffee when I asked if I could use my Costa card to get points I was told "we are not Costa". While sitting here there have been multiple customers told they can't have food because the staff "aren't doing food right now". I've also witnessed many peopl
