Food was not that great frozen or stale bread over cooked fish and onion rings. My 7 Yr old never touched her burger and chips. On the bright side the staff were friendly other customers swearing alot in ear shot of my kid

I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent experience at the Beefeater in Dartford. Despite the establishment's high hygiene rating, my visit was concerning. Upon entry, I was informed of a lack of fruit availability, which I accepted. However, during my meal, I observed an orange that, upon closer inspection, was heavily molded and too soft to handle. This discovery was quite unsettling and led to a strong feeling of nausea. I subsequently left the premises and had to seek a restroom elsewhere.

Overdue visit as we've lived nearby for 13 years and never visited before. Food was delicious, I highly recommend the starters. Very affordable and tasty. However, the best thing and why we will be back was the wonderful warm service from Liz. She is a gem, warm, courteous and providing the kind of service you rarely see.
