A friend suggested we try this place, and we're glad we did. Three of us booked into Freya's for an early evening meal. We started with poppadoms and chutney. Lovely crisp poppadoms with no grease, and a decent selection of chutneys too. I think there were 5 in total. We ordered some drinks, and these quickly came. We skipped straight to main courses as none of us eat vast amounts. I had the Exotic Garlic Masala. This was a chicken/lamb mix and was simply gorgeous. After hearing numerous beaming review's on this place I decided I had to give it a try! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a warm friendly welcome by all the staff, the most amazing smell of food and a beautifully decorated restaurant! Ordered a takeaway from Freyas Grill and honestly the food was outstanding. Everything was fresh, hot, and packed with flavour. The wrap was loaded with juicy meat and fresh salad, the grilled lamb/chops were cooked perfectly with a great smoky flavour, and the curry was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious.
