The food would’ve been alright if there wasn’t a piece of chewing gum on my girlfriends chicken, I never leave reviews but I am doing so as they wouldn’t even answer the phone when we tried calling. Staff shouldn’t even be allowed chewies and the least you can do is bin the chicken you dropped it on instead of serving it😂 Want a refund, but not wasting my petrol on going back. Cheers!

Love the chip but when I got home today my burger was all over my chicken bucket and to top it all off when I opened I saw a whole bucket of those spicy chicken but I ordered a 6 piece bucket

After spending £42 on three meals and waiting nearly 15 minutes, I only discovered when I got home that they had given me the completely wrong meal, I was concerned about them missing out the gravy which they always seem to do, but I couldn’t of been more wrong. I then had to drive the round trip of 35 minutes and didn’t even get an apology. But the real salt in the wound was that our meal didn’t wow me, it didn’t even taste like a kfc, there magical spices were missing a herb or spice. Rude, non apologetic and slap dash, I won’t be using the Queensferry kfc again.
