I have never and will never spend a penny here, and I’ve boycotted this brand completely. Costa is owned by Coca‑Cola, a company that openly operates factories, farms and businesses inside illegal Israeli settlements on stolen Palestinian land. They profit directly from the occupation, pay taxes to the state of Israel, and are fully complicit in the injustice, displacement and suffering of the Palestinian people. Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the staff in here who were amazing when my daughter was poorly within the shop. I’m really sorry I didn’t get their names but one lovely lady brought my daughter a glass of water and made her feel much less embarrassed. Another lovely lady brought my daughter a cookie to take away with her too. People like this make the world a much better place. Hopefully they read this and are rewarded for it 😊.

All I can say about this store is that it was highly disgusting with the way they treat their customers especially when we waited 30 minutes to be served even though they got our order wrong! then for staff to turn around and say “if you don’t want to wait, you can go somewhere else”. They were more focused on orders coming from the self service kiosks than their queue of customers especially for an elderly gentleman who only wanted to buy a biscuit. They need to stop putting in self service as this slows everything down and more people are complaining and also put in staff training where it’s

The staff on duty were very friendly and helpful specially under pressure. I could see that they were short staffed on Friday evening, however, they treated me with a friendly service. Thanks to the guy who served me for his attention to detail and no pressure atatude.
