I cannot rate EbinSushi highly enough. The freshness of the ingredients, being able to watch a sushi master create your food. I have never like fish in the UK, it's always been "fishy". I was eating nigiri like it was chocolate. The flavour is unparalleled. Do yourselves a favour and book a table now 🙏♥️ Edit: we came back a few weeks later to celebrate something, another exceptional feast, we sat at the counter and it was such a fantastic experience we will definitely be back again

The authentic taste that drags you back to Japan in one bite. Perfect softness, temperature and acidity of shari. I especially love the akami and tamago sushi. I could say the akami is the best one I’ve ever tasted in uk! For the tamago maki sushi, the sweetness and aftertaste of dashi just comes off stronger with each bite. I just love it, simple and perfect. ご馳走様でした！

Look, the sushi was tasty don't get me wrong, but £42 for this is diabolical. A more reasonable price for this would be £25. We ended up paying £92 for this deluxe sushi set and a few veggie maki and fried vegetables and 2 drinks. I left still hungry. The place is authentic and cosy, and the staff were nice, but i won't be returning with those prices
