I’ve been a regular customer at Pica Chillis for a long time, but after my latest experience I won’t be ordering again. Whenever you order pizza, the staff always push for garlic butter base and extra chillies, obviously because they can charge extra for it. Charging £1 just for a few chunks of green chilli and extra again for garlic butter base is ridiculous, but I accepted it. What really annoyed me was my last order. I ordered 4 burgers and specifically asked THREE TIMES for one burger to be without salad. When I got home, it still had salad in it. Mistakes happen, fair enough, but when I

I'm a firm believer in word of mouth and I must admit I've drove past this place so many times. To start with it's a 10 out 10. First time here, as I had heard good things from others. from start to finish the service was amazing. On arrival, the staff were extremely friendly and I felt so welcomed, and the food was ready quick. We got the square achari pizza and it was different to most pizzas in the local area. It had a different, but nice taste and I’m extremely keen to try the other flavours next time! Definitely coming here again :)
