I work contracted for NHS over the road and have been going here for a year in the mornings. Not sure if management has changed but the service has gone down hill. Now refuse to serve anyone until 6am on the dot and refused to put cream on a white chocolate mocha, never come across a coffee shop that refuses cream toppers on their coffees.

It maybe another Costa however this one excels by its location just off the main road, has adequate parking and sometimes busy drive though. The decor and the layout is well designed with comfy seating all around, was greeted by the lovely friendly Amy who is prepared to engage with her customers, there is various choice of coffees, of different styles, there is a abundance of snacks, some wearing the M & S label. The store is clean tidy and especially the toilets are fit for purpose

Note to self. Don't go here ever again. Not based on one visit, but multiple occasions, prices seem expensive, especially when you paying for additional to your drink, which don't get put in said drink, and by the time you've realised you've drive off. Staff look at you like you've got two heads when you ask for sugar, drinks are also more often than not, totally disappointing and I'm left wishing I'd used a machine at a petrol station. Never again Costa, I'm not coming back.
