It’s such a refreshing change to find a place with a wide selection of pastries beyond the usual croissants, Pains au chocolat, and doughnuts. Everything we tried was delicious - the blackberry and apple crumble cake, the blueberry and vanilla custard cake, and the raspberry cookie were all exceptional. The iced latte isn’t sweet, which actually pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the pastries. The interior is charming and inviting, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

It was especially meaningful to see my artworks displayed here, quietly living among the space, inviting a closer look. There’s something beautiful about art sharing a room with fresh bread and conversation! Grateful to be part of a space that values small moments. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good coffee and great baking.

Meeny 1★I’m writing as a loyal customer who genuinely loves Gail’s. I’ve visited every branch across Greater Manchester, with Wilmslow being my local, and I’ve always appreciated the quality and consistency of your coffee and food. However, I’ve now had two disappointing experiences at the Didsbury branch this week. On my first visit, I ordered a flat white to stay in but was given a takeaway cup. When I politely mentioned this, I was offered to have the same coffee poured into a cup rather than a fresh one being made. As someone who truly values coffee, this wasn’t ideal. What disappointed me more
