Ordered a mix grill from this place and have to say was utterly disappointed in the quality. The presentation looked delicious but when we opened up and bit into the kebebas to our great disappointment the meat was still uncooked. The manager was contacted and sent to two replacement kebabs 30 mins later.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order ( clearly not first time but I gave them chances). I’m actually a regular customer, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I ordered a sandwich, and this is how it arrived: completely cold, with very oily fries inside that were clearly not fresh. They looked like leftover fries and weren’t even reheated. The sandwich itself was prepared carelessly! Doesn’t deserve more chances👎

The worst restaurant you can order from! I clearly explained over the phone that I didn’t want a certain ingredient because I’m allergic to it. Instead, they removed the item I actually wanted and added the one I specifically said I couldn’t have. When I called the restaurant to complain, their response to everything I said was just, “OK.” There wasn’t a single apology or any concern about the mistake. Their only excuse was that they were busy. This is the third time this has happened, and I’ve had enough. I will never order from this restaurant again!
