Asked for a veggie bake but given chicken. Didnt realise it was chicken until too late. I don't eat meat so it's very disappointing. On top of that, the place was real messy with bins beyond full and all over the counter. Greggs HQ customer service was spot on though and dealt with it well.

Why they always ignore food delivery rider by knowingly. If you don't want to service then stop all just eat and uber. Worst staff in entire dover food supplier. All are rude and full of ego. They are not even ready to ask why and what number and how long it'll take . Hope management will look into this
