Wonderful, traditional pub, I believe it's the oldest pub building in Dover. Ordered two Harvey's Sussex Best Bitter, local beer and it was delicious! It was poured using a traditional handpump system, which I had never seen before but really enjoyed watching. We also had lunch, fish and chips and bangers and mash, all very good and hot, the fish was huge and crispy -perfect. The staff were lovely and friendly. The pub is old and well maintained, you're transported into the past there. Learned a bit about its history from one of the staff. All over the ceiling and walls are hand written p

The pub was warm and cozy, the Staff absolutely friendly, despite having plenty to do, they were always smiling and looking if everything was alright. Some Minor mishap with the dessert (Timing went wrong and my friends arrived earlier than mine) was no big Deal with everyone doing their best to bring it out as fast as possible. The food was absolutely delicious and arranged beautifully. I highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing! Went back twice while we were on our vacation in Dover. Amazing food, awesome environment, and the staff were very nice and fun to interact with. They ensured we knew how long the food would take and kept us updated. Our only disappointment was that there was no White Horse merch to buy.
