“Great ambience.Had amazing food and the staff was very welcoming”

I would have preferred to give no stars due to the disappointing service I received. While the food was tasty and enjoyable, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. The waiting time was excessively long, and the staff were not particularly helpful or attentive. Good food alone is not enough to make up for such a frustrating experience. I hope the management takes steps to improve the quality and efficiency of their service, as it currently falls far below expectations.

Yo, I came to Pepe’s today for a pickup order. I phoned about 15 minutes before I arrived and ordered a salad box meal – the one with 5 grilled tenders, peri fries and a drink – but I also paid for extra chicken. When I got there they said it’s only been 15 minutes and it’ll be 10–20 minutes. I said cool, no worries. I went back to my car and waited. After about 20 minutes I came back in and they told me “two more minutes”. Altogether I waited about 35–40 minutes. As an international student in the UK, I’ve tried a lot of different takeaways since moving here. Some were good, some were average, but nothing really stood out to me at first. Then I discovered Pepe’s, and it genuinely became my favourite. The food is consistently fresh and full of flavour. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, and the sauces just hit different. You can actually taste the quality. On top of that, the customer service is really friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Now whenever I’m craving a takeaway, Pepe’s is my number one choice. Great f

So pepes is known everwhere but i came to this branch thinking they all same, i was wrong. 1 person on the till throughout having a long key, some tables were empty but had not been cleaned. Staff were ok when you came to the till. Food chicken was cooked ok but what happend with the salad very stingy there. Potota wedges defo a no no and wont have them again. Fries were a bit cruchy tbh with you. Wont come back. 6 out of 10 from me.
