I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at the McDonald’s in Dumfries was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn other people before they waste their time and money here. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most frustrating and unpleasant fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. To start with, the place looked chaotic the moment I walked in. Tables were left uncleared, trays were stacked up, and the overall dining area looked like it hadn’t been properly checked for quite some time. Delivery took longer than expected, when it came it was freezing cold and the Nuggets were missing out my sons happy meal! Up your game McDonald's..... shocking!

Large coffee is half a cup not to mention crap all down the sides. I swapped it once and then told that's what the machine does. Also the coffee is bitter and burned. Nobody cared.

Shocking place. Ordered food at 22.40 and it didn’t come , waiting over an hour with kids who just wanted something to eat. But phoned and no help at all the woman on the phone was not helpful at all and told me delivery was closed but then proceeded to tell me they were waiting on a driver but it still didn’t come it is shocking the terrible customer service in this place. Do NOT buy from here!!!!!!
