I’ve been to China Red many times over the past 20 years and have generally had a good meal. We go just before Christmas for a family gathering and this is what we did last night. Had a drink in the bar area first then shown to table. We were in the main dining area which was good as I find the room at the back quite cold during the Winter. Staff are super efficient and take orders from the 11 of us. What I’ve always been impressed with is how fast the kitchen works - food is with us in no time. Really tasty, well-priced food. I had the Kung Po King Prawns with Singapore Chow Mein, and both had great flavour and spice. We were in a big party of 14, and they delivered the food in a really timely and well-organised manner, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
