We needed a hot, fulfilling meal in such a cold weather. Dingsway Sushi was a rare oriental option in Durham. It’s not a big place which was good for a casual meal. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, especially the Dragon Fly Roll. The hint of spice had enhanced the flavour of the Beef Ramen. I would recommend their high quality Udon instead of Ramen.

We ate here tonight after a recommendation from a friend. Well, WOW it did not disappoint! We got a dragon roll, rainbow roll and tuna sashimi platter. The food was incredible, the most delicious I have ever tasted. The waitress made the food recommendations to us, which was nice to know she had good knowledge of what she was serving. The atmosphere was relaxed and felt very traditional. We will be back as soon as we can to try more of the menu!
