Came here for a bottomless brunch on our hen do. The place is like I like the devour of it. The staff were good for checking if we wanted a drink when our glasses were empty, but I do feel like they were a bit iffy with us, reason being they just kept putting our drinks down on the table as if they were pissed off at us for not hearing them when they arrive. They also seemed pretty strict in the fact you have to have finished your drink or nearly finished to get another which I understand, but we had a drinks order and when it come the girls were At the toilet and the lady wouldn't putt hem do

We came here for tea on 6th November and we will definitely be back. The young man that served us was so polite and friendly and the food was delicious. I had the chicken flamingo and it was so tasty and my partner had the shredded chicken kebab. Portions were big too. Lovely decor and atmosphere ☺️

First time I have been in here. The portion size are very large and didn't expect that. Nearly made a mistake and ordered main course meals after our sharing platter. I think there should be more tables near the window to overlook the castle n cathedral. Will come back and not order so much food next time. We all enjoyed.

I recently saw a video involving this establishment that was genuinely distressing and suggests they have likely breached several sections of the Equality Act 2010. A disabled woman, who has both autism and physical disabilities, was challenged by staff while attempting to use the disabled toilet. She was asked to provide evidence of her disability (something that is not required under the Equality Act 2010.)
