“Surprisingly good service and food.”

McDonald's used to be a fast food restaurant and the fodd was tasty. But this is the first time I was in a McDonald's for some time. I placed the order via a screen at 17.53pm and it was handed to me at 18.14pm if that wasn't bad enough I had a big Mac. I remember when a big Mac was"bug" what I got was half the size and was like eating a sponge. I will never set foot in McDonald's again. Absolutely disgusted. They are prioritising all the delivery men running in and out.

Having spent 51 years in the food trade, I have never experienced anything like this site. I attended at around 10:45pm on 28 May, and I feel senior management should view the CCTV footage. In my opinion, the place was a disgrace, chaotic, and seriously questionable in terms of EHO standards. Also, although our order was accepted to be consumed in house, we were asked to leave with it. Yet, it appeared a senior member of staff allowed people he knew to stay, as customers. A shameful experience, in our view.

Food tasted like dogfood. Server put my drink into the takeout bag, drink spilled on the bus, my headphones are full of fries(see image attached) But there was a around 40 year old man just laying on the ground, one star added

For a McDonald's that was nearly empty, it was dirty. Rubbish on the floor, toilets were bad. I don't even want to put my handbag on the floor. Lovely views upstairs, pity it's not looked after. Perhaps they need a member of staff to do some cleaning, clear tables sweep the floor, clean the toilets. Also you need a code to use their toilets. And staff just standing around talking.
