We had a wonderful breakfast at Skylark. The atmosphere is relaxing and it is decorated beautifully. The staff and owners were so welcoming and friendly. We had the eggs & Avo and the triple stack pancakes with bacon which were delicious and presented so nicely. The iced late with cold foam was sublime! We had a delicious brunch yesterday and today at Skylark. Their coffee is delicious, we also tried turmeric latte which was fabulous👌🏻 The staff is friendly and well organised. We didn’t wait too long for our food, everything tastes fresh and made from the best quality products from local suppliers. I highly recommend eating here when you’re around.

Fantastic spot in Eastbourne, our favourite place to go for brunch and can’t wait to try out the dinner menu soon! The pancakes were insane, really recommend the blueberry ones, cortado was spectacular and my girlfriend said she loved her pear juice. Thank you to the young man on the bar as his service was so lovely which is hard to find these days :)
