Absolutely lovely experience at Burger King! The food was hot, fresh, and delivered quickly. Staff was friendly, polite, and worked really well together while keeping everything clean and hygienic. A special thank you to the lady manager who took my order — she was so warm, patient, and understanding of my needs, and made me feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to receive such kind and genuine customer service these days. Highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Food was mediocre, staff was overworked. Lots of choice to select from on the menu; almost too much. Had veggie options, desserts, sides, cold and hot drinks, etcetera. Came at lunch one day and restaurant was full to the brim with people (mostly tourists with no etiquette) standing all over the place waiting for food, every table was occupied, rude delivery drivers impatiently waiting, staff were clearly doing their best to get food out but were seriously overwhelmed. Maybe stop taking orders after a certain capacity to prevent this. My food was prepared surprisingly quickly despite the chaos

I was quite disappointed with my experience. My order was handed to a completely different customer, which shouldn’t happen and suggests staff need to be more careful when checking orders before handing them out. There also didn’t seem to be much management of the queues or collection area. A large group of kids were lingering around the collection point, making it crowded and confusing, which probably contributed to the mix-up. A bit more organisation from the staff would make the whole process much smoother and help avoid mistakes like this in the future.

Great experience here! The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, and the entire place was spotless. On top of that, the food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. Definitely recommend this BK location! All the crew members and managers made this visit quite amazing as everyone helped and looked happy while helping,would definitely visit again
