Had to wait in queue for 10mins or more food was ok service we had from Kaviya was shocking what a rude person she was !!!! Tried same Greggs next day hoping she would not serve us, she wasn't there but the girl who served us wasn't much better. Definitely need staff to be trained better on customer service. I know if I gave the same service in my job I would be having conversations from my manager. Shop was not very clean bathrooms were disgusting would not use them !

Greggs never fails. Stopped for a quick bite and ordered two Mexican chicken pizza. Pizzas were served hot and tasted amazing. It’s located in the Waverley station. Friendly staffs and lovely atmosphere.

I was in Edinburgh very early in the morning. This branch opens at 6:30 and satisfied my cravings for breakfast. I expected to pay £3 for my sausage roll and regular americano ... but they have some sort of breakfast deal and I paid £2.85 instead. What made it stand out from the many other branches of Greggs I've been to was the large seating area. The place is basically a very pleasant cafè.
