picked up a too good to go box based on the amazing reviews and it did not disappoint. found a few cardamom buns inside which i was genuinely thrilled about, easily the best i'd had since leaving finland. the rest of the box was equally solid: a really good yogurt with granola, a veggie focaccia, and a scone. everything was fresh and the whole box was surprisingly well balanced. a very happy find. definitely recommended.

Soderberg in Stockbridge of Edinburgh serves up perfect creations with modern and classic Swedish recipes. Incrediboe offerings. Great coffee as well. The space is cozy. Quaint. The service was not so pleasant. Rigid and robotic. Near grumpy and I've been twice. But perhaps that's part of the charm? Regardless, I suspect people come for the food! 5 x 🥐🥐🥐🥐🥐

Soderberg you gone done it again! So glad to see soderberg thriving, they really do make top notch food. Can't say much as I only had tea, wife did most of the eating and all she said was 'mmm, good!' I did have a bite or two of the ham and cheese toastie which was excellent. Chewy sourdough, nicely crunchy on the outside, fresh flavourful ham and cheese. 9/10 This venue is larger than the other one I've been to, busier too. Waitresses seemed to have difficulty keeping up with clearing the tables - but that's hardly a bad sign if they're this popular.
