This is the best pub in Scotland if you want a real Scottish experience. Best and unique beer selection, like classic 70 and 80 shilling beers you can find only here. Whiskey selection is amazing, staff and locals would gladly help you to choose something you will like. And the pies, they are delicious! I would not say this place is for everyone, but if you enjoy good beer and whiskey and good people, this is your place.

We only drank there some Beers and Single Malt Whiskies. So we don't know about the food there. But if you are into Whisky, then you should visit. There's a wide selection and even some bottlings of lost distilleries. The barcrew is very nice. There are also a lot of friwndly locals you can easily talk to.

Fantastic--a true local pub with excellent service AND prices. A good natural din of pleasant conversation instead of loud TVs. Wide whiskey and gin selection, but don't miss Diggers 80 -- a famous Scottish Heavy ale brewed specifically for this pub. Trivia (quiz) night was a blast. They do tastings too. Pub pies, soup, and nachos -- basic fare. Might skip the last item there if you're accustomed to American style. Worth it to go out of your way to get here for an authentic and friendly experience--hard to find these days! Kinda feel like i shouldn't be telling anybody about it. Don't mess
