This bakery is GOOD! It already smells supervise when you come in. Cute little bakery. Not a wide range, but what they've got is great. Choice out of three lovely sourdough quality baguette for a very good price. As a big fan of quality bread, this is the place to go to. Nice guy serving us. They are doing it right.

they finish baking at 930am everyday, wait for it to cool and start serving at 10am. Some of the items are out at 845 tho, though not the whole selection The sourdough baguette has too much of a bite for me, it's very crusty. If you slice it I think it's going to be pleasant Croissants were somewhat chewy, not the super flaky kind. Nothing particularly wrong, it's decent

The wee Boulangerie has a distinct taste, i assume they do all the techniques that the French do but there is always a different taste, i like to imagine it’s the scottish flair. They are nice light & buttery but don’t expect a true french pastry. Staff are friendly enough but they don’t like when you don’t know what your having - maybe this su due to the small store size and stop other customers, so look ahead at their selection.
