I used to love this place and always come here with my children after shopping. However recently i’ve noticed the quality of the foods gone down. The food always seems to be tasting charcoal-y and as if the oil they’re using isn’t clean. Maybe it’s due to the fact they don’t clean the grill but this is ruining the taste of the food for everyone. Last 2 times I had bims, there was grill residue on the burger. This is a health hazard. Please fix this issue and change the oil and clean the grills properly.
