The place was pretty empty when I walked in, however when I did ask for my drink and the person who was serving me didn’t know even the menu. After me another lady came in and I find it really rude when I was trying to speak to the lady to pay by card and she ignored me , instead of that she started speaking to the other customer!! Also my drink wasnt meant to have powder chocolate on top just cream and she didn’t even ask. Never had this issue before with the other stuff.

We’ve been coming to this Caffè Nero for a long time now, and there was always one person who made the place feel like home: a guy named Patrik Omg, he was genuinely one of the nicest people we’ve met. Every time my mother came in, he treated her with so much respect. He’d always take a moment to chat with her, ask how she was doing, and make her feel seen. She liked him a lot, and honestly, so did we. I usually don’t post reviews, but when we found out he left about a month ago, it felt right to finally write this.
