I have consistently been met with such lovely service by the young girls working here (Milly, Chloe, and Emily) along with Adam and Stevie. They are very attentive and make all orders with care and specific requests. The toasties specifically are delicious and the cafe operates on a no microwave policy! Amazing! Would definitely recommend, the music is great and at a level where conversation can flow easily. Lovely regulars in there too which seem to all love this place. Although, I have never spoken to the manager - I am not sure what he is like!

I visited this coffee shop around 3:30 PM last Saturday and had a disappointing experience with the manager, Haroon Nazir, who, unfortunately, is also the franchise owner. When I asked him for help with finding a table, as the empty ones were dirty and the others were occupied, I was met with hostility and told, “just find somewhere to sit and we’ll come to you.” Very dismissive and abrasive. Another staff member helped me find a clean table, but when Haroon brought over my coffee, before I could even touch it, he said “you’re welcome” in a passive-aggressive way after waiting for me to sit d

their chai latte is the best i’ve ever had!! super lovely and cozy atmosphere with a really cool vintage clothes sale! the staff were really friendly and kind even when busy :)
